Hi guys, I am currently interviewing at Baidu Research as a Research Scientist and I am not a chinese. So far, I did my part but the process is a little bit strange when the hiring manager asked me to present for things that others do not usually ask for unless they’ve already offered the job. Should I go ahead and respond to the hiring manager? I’m afraid that I may lose some intellectual stuffs (like ideas and so on) if I don’t really get an offer. Appreciate your responses in advance!
