PayPal vs RedHat for Summer Internship - SWE

Currently, I have offers from Red Hat and PayPal for a summer internship. I'm confused on which one to proceed with. Pay and location aspects do not matter much but I'm only concerned about the work environment, conversion to full time.

    Dont know about red hat , but odds of converting to full time and even co-op are very very hight at PayPal. Their internship program is great !

    Red Hat is a very good company if you want to be thrown into the deep end. The problem spaces are extremely complex but very rewarding. You’ll have all the support you’ll need but without too much handholding to where it is overbearing. Likelihood of joining back full time are very high.

    Depends on what you’ll be doing at RedHat, but you’ll probably have a more favorable experience learning about tooling/system level architecture there than at PayPal. Imo that would look better on your resume. You’ll be fine with either in the long run as long as you have a willingness to learn and improve. Just do your best!
