Hi i joined as a new grad at amazon 10 months ago. Tc 140k
I have an oppurtunity to interview with microsoft next week.
My team at amazon is actually pretty good contrary to what blind made it out to be. The wlb is pretty good and my manager is great, the only problem is that the work ive been doing the last few months has been all away team work, never touched my home teams systems, and im tired of being blocked every other week with permissions issue, also the tech stack is on older side, no naws, i feel like i am not progressing or learning well, and theres more away team work after this project. Is this a common occurence at amazon? Should i tought it out if ive only been here 10 months and have a good manager or leave if i dont like the work/area?
Thank you, if anyone knows about azure communications would like to hear abt wlb, impact in that org.
