I started as NCG around 2019 for 90k TC..
After 3 years my TC is 105k TC.
I never got any RSU while joining, Nor I get any refreshers.
Annual bonus is 10k
My manager is literally trash 🗑.
No career growth nor I’m making money.
To all the folks out there, make sure you negotiate your offer good. Don’t rush into any commitments.

You should look for a company that’s does both software and hardware if you want to make the most money as a hardware engineer
But as you become more experienced and a better engineer…you can jump ship to maximize TC.
