Can any BI manager or DE manager confirm what is the revised pay band for BIE and DE roles based on rating?

As per the information circulating on blind the new tc for:

BIE L5: 151k - 192k
BIE L6: 199.3k - 261.8k
DE L5: 216k - 276k
DE L6: 300k - 431k

BIE L5, L6

Also, my tc as a BIE L5 is 161k which is already in new pay band range. How will it change based on the revised pay band?

I’m aiming to move to DE L5 by mid of this year, can I expect a change in my pay band after role change?

    My recruiter told me ~308k TC is top of band for L5 DE in NYC

    There is something called as pentration into band based on your rating. Every year high rating pushes you more south to band. So lets say if you were on 50% pentrated into band as per old comp, then new comp TCT should bring you into mid range of band. But what i am hearing for 2022 only base can be pumped so if with base bump you are not coming to 50% of band then anything be done, which i feel is very bad specifically for L6 levels as stocks are down and 15% tct increase we were anyway expecting , so all of this is not helping anything

      So what if your TC is below the updated bands ? Let’s say someone with a base of $115K has a TC of $165K. Irrespective of ratings, the base should increase to a minimum of $130K and the total TC should be brought to $200K. Assuming the 15% YoY increase in stock price takes the RSU component to $58K from $50K, the base has to go up further by another $12K right to take the total TC to $200K (Base $142K + RSU $58K)

      The updated base range for L6 is $130K - $176K and the TC range is $200K - $260K

      @aloho mora: I guess the RSU portion is subjected to market risk lol and performance is what we can control. This year, with all changes, I am expecting a bump in everyone’s base salary in addition to the performance review portion as well. But not sure how that will work out with the new range.

      If one is promoted then addition RSUs.

    For L6 and above major TCT component is RSUs so even if they bump there base to max it will not be pentratred into band at same level than previous band since stocks are 5% down compared to expected 15% up. Unless we are getting in year stock vest grant base bump alone will not help someone for new TCT range. Why i feel they have just done this to cover stock not performing well. I am not seeing mucb benfit happening
