Trying to choose between Chewy.com and Teladoc Health

I got offers from both the companies for same role. I am honestly not able to decide between the two companies. I am seeing the tech stack that i would be working on is the sane too.

So I would like to know what your opinion is on both of them if you have any idea.

The total comp is also same around the same. Chewy is offering 163k and teladoc is offering 173k for SE II role.

Please let me know your thoughts.
