About to start the process of applying to the big tech companies on my list and was curious about this.

Should I apply directly on the website, then contact recruiters on LinkedIn? Or should I just DM recruiters on LinkedIn directly? Any other way you would recommend I proceed?

Thanks in advance for any help

Edit: almost forgot, tc 150k, 4 yoe

  • With 4 yoe applying through LinkedIn should be enough

    • The job posting. If you have fewer years of experience I would recommend reaching out to the recruiter directly on LinkedIn, but I think 4 years is plenty. It doesn't hurt to do it anyway if you're having difficulty getting responses
