TC: unemployed (former $85k)
Two job offers:
$110k+$10k bonus as Senior Associate Data Engineer - two weeks off and insurance benefits.
$122k as Senior Data Analyst - unlimited time off, insurance benefits, and 401k matching.
Worried about a sealed record in my background check. Hoping to accept both offers as a hedge in case there’s an issue there, and to keep accepting interviews for next week.
Thoughts on accepting multiple options as a hedge when one offer is clearly better?
Thanks
