Talking to a recruiter on a non-tech role at Salesforce (e.g., program manager, strategy manager, sales ops) and was asked about salary expectation. Flipped through glassdoor but can't find the info matching to the role I'm exploring so hope to get some advice here. What should I tell the recruiter in terms of base / bonus / RSU expectation? I am switching industry so I don't have enough benchmark in terms of levelling and such. Thanks all.

Current TC ~220 heavily weighted toward cash bonus

      OP
got good news back just now. they were quite impressed with my interview perf and will move forward with the offer. The current term is cash+bonus target 220k (base at 155 though :( ... ) and 55k stock for 4 years. Recruiter said uplift is quite limited at 5k-ish.

any advice on how to move up annualized comp? (not greedy...would be nice to get 10-15K more every year if possible). not sure if they are willing to double the RSU though...research on Blind shows they are quite stingy with RSU
