Makes sense. Basically, be interview ready all the time. I think it helps with confidence that you can switch immediately if your LC game is strong. Thanks.

    • About Leetcode, i aim to solve one problem a day. That comes from the fact that if you leave it entirely then its really difficult to start from 0 again when needed, so to always keep you in some kind of practice. Also 1 problem a day is achievable, even if you are doing it on 75% of the days you end up solving 270 questions in the year. More than enough if you are not planning for a switch

Here is an advice I wish I gave to myself when I was 25.

Don’t be afraid of making mistakes. Of taking bad decisions. Of screwing up royally. The consequences are never as bad as we think, but the learnings we get set us up for much greater success, than if we always play it safe.

Oh, also, don’t be focused on making other people happy at your expense. Don’t compromise on your values.

And also, keep healthy and fit. Gets a lot harder to stay fit or get fit in your 30s, trust me. You might think earning TC is more important than anything else. But you can be earning 1M a year and still be unhappy because of chronic backache or obesity.

Don’t chase money in your 20s. Just be financially responsible. Live your life. Chase money later in 30s.

    Build relationships, personal or professional,
Be kind to others when they need help, don't assume they are just dumb asking for help always
Decide if you want to go for MS early on, if you want to, then take that risk early, it's worth it.
Best long term investment is in living experiences, not stocks, so make sure to explore new places.
