Our director is planning to send a gift box to all the employees on account of Christmas and I don't like what is in the box. The box has 3 green tea sachets, 1 snack! I worked my ass off this year despite getting covid once and his gift box looks like a joke to me. No personalized note, no gift of good value. I just feel he is trying to get rid of the tea sachets from the Amazon pantry which were unused because of WFH. I didn't like his gift from last year either. How do I anonymously protest it?

Its like how leadership says there's free food at Amazon, but its just 2 banana stands.
You might have gotten more than what most Amazon employees have gotten in the past (bananas)
The gifts were so crappy and trivial last year that I didn't even feel like wasting my time to pick them up this year. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, you can't get fooled again.
Last year: no t-shirt, no socks, no anything remotely useful. We had to sign our name for picking up the silly useless gift, and then take the cheap Amazon Basics pen with us as an extra "gift" to ensure everyone gets their own pen for signing (w/o reuse because Covid). The cheap pen you had to take with you was more memorable than the "encore" gift itself. Spoke with a coworker this year about last year's gift, and he felt the same way about the gift last year, and somehow he forgot to pick the one this year, too.
Literally it's not worth my time to drive to the office just to get a few silly stickers and a useless gift I'll never use.
At least a t-shirt or a hoodie you could wear for Prestige.
