Wasn't the contract only for the app store? Taking down fortnite and taking a stand against that is cool, but going for another product the parent company owns is a different story
As far as I know, enforcing the clauses clearly mentioned in the contract which Epic games signed and also every other App on app store has signed is not called retaliation or bullying. Now Epic games is saying that the rules or guidelines mentioned in the signed contract itself are too strict and anti competitive, which is a valid point to make before you signed the contract not after 10 years of signing it. Also clauses are not anti competitive if all other stores like Nintendo store , google play store , Amazon app store, Samsung App store, Msft store even Walmart and best buy have exact same 30% cut. Look it up. ( https://www.analysisgroup.com/globalassets/insights/publishing/apples_app_store_and_other_digital_marketplaces_a_comparison_of_commission_rates.pdf )
