Non Tech L3 and L4 Salary and RSU Bands at Stripe(specific teams are StratOps and BizOps)
Does anyone have non tech L3 and L4 salary and RSU bands at Stripe? I’m specifically interviewing for StratOps and BizOps. I took a poll and most seemed to think all in comp would be 225K followed by 250K. Recruiting said it is really hard to give me a salary estimate. He said the base could be 120K-150K, but might be higher. He said he can’t give me info on RSU value. I assume he gave me a L3 figure. It does appear I could maybe get L4 since someone on Blind with the same years of experience was given L4.
I’ve been given assignments and they’re quite extensive, so I just want to make sure we’re on the same page before moving forward. Ideally I would like a base of 190K or more, especially because RSUs are not liquid, but this is quite a bit more than the band recruiting provided. #stripe #bizops #strategy #consulting #nontech

i guess this is L4 because of the bonus but maybe the tech and non-tech bands are totally separate.
Base 180, bonus 20%, stock 80k per year.
These are the numbers I was given by recruiting. I was told I would likely be a level 2. For context, I have 5 yoe(consulting and internal strategy).
145K-155K base
10% bonus
70K in RSUs per year.
