Not much info is available about Roblox onsite process. If someone interviewed with them recently, can you answer how tough are the questions - both tech and behavioral.

    What would you like to know? The recruiter should have gone over format. There will be a mix of coding and system design for the first round. If you pass, there will be an exec round that is mainly behavioral.

    Less organized than FAANG, feel like the interviewers have less formal rubrics they need to go off. They will go on tangents and stuff. My suggestion is to impress interviewers with stuff not related to the interview if possible.

    Tbh my coding round was hard time-wise and I could have messed up easily if I made a bug so good luck there.

    Also a lot more behavioral interviews than normal loops so practice the shit out of those.
