Hi folks,
I recently got an offer from Bloomberg general swe position.
Offer details:
145k base
20k annual bonus (prorated, but 80% guaranteed first year)
10k relocation
How do these numbers stack up to other offers?
I have no other competing offers, so I was wondering if it's even worth it to try to negotiate it higher. I read that some others also get a sign on bonus but I'm not sure if you need competing offers for that.

Try to get on a team doing something with transferable skills
Your offer is solid for 1 yoe. Obviously no equity stinks but youβre making more salary than usually imo worth the trade off. Culture is good too at BB Iβve heard
