Confused about Seniority Level vs better TC/technology

Hey Blind Community.
I have got an offer from a small ed-tech company which gives at least 35% bump to my current TC. It is a REMOTE FIRST position with Software Development using dot net stack (My previous experience has been in this Tech Stack)
The only downside of this switch will be that I'll go back to the mid senior level against my current senior developer position at Workday.
P. S. My main intention with this switch is to get out of XO/YP stack.
What is your opinion?
Current TC: 120000 EUR

I am doing same at the moment ๐คฃ to move away from XO after working more than 5 years and now itโs time for something new.
No doubt workday is awesome company and XO/YP is great but not for long time because not all those development skills are transferable to the industry outside.
Is the 35% increase cash compensation, or including some valuation of equity? If it's 35% more in cash *and* you can negotiate significant equity and believe in the company than sounds great for you.
I discussed about the career growth opportunities with existing employees. They seem to be pretty satisfied with the performance review process.
