Just wanted to let you guys know that there are people impersonating Asana employees and trying to scam people who are looking for a job. I received an email from a recruiter who claimed to be the "Global Head of Acquisitions" using the name and picture of a real employee. They wanted me to reach out through Skype. I recognized that it was sus and reported it but other people might not. I don't know why people try to scam this way.....like I'm just trying to get hired :( if anyone who works at Asana (or anywhere else) would like to give me a referral I would really appreciate it.

1. Asana does not conduct any interviews over Skype.
2. Asana does not make any job offers after only one round of interviews.
3. Asana does not make any job offers without giving the candidate an opportunity to meet with multiple people within the company. At a minimum, your interview process should include a conversation with a recruiter, your potential hiring manager, and at least one colleague or cross-functional partner (usually both).
4. If you are ever in doubt about who you're speaking with, ask them to communicate with you via email. Emails should only come from @asana.com email addresses, Asana doesn't use any other domains.
5. When setting up an interview, Asana will send a calendar invite to hold that particular time slot. Additionally, the invite will come from an @asana.com email address.
I hope this helps, and I'm so sorry there are scammers out there. They do not represent Asana!
(Please note that I am not speaking on behalf of Asana either, just myself!)
