I have an offer from Rakuten Japan , Osaka office. TC - 7million yen. Can someone help me know a bit more about the culture and work life balance for working in Osaka office of Rakuten? currently - 9LPA India. SSE YOE - 3 years long term : Want to go for an MBA in a abroad B school. Need to money for that.

Lol, have you been to Japan? It's ridiculously expensive! Like shit quality beef is 1000 jpy and rental apartments are tiny despite paying half of your paycheck
Dont work in Japan unless you want to be worked into killing yourself. Work life balance is not a thing there. Its work work work work work. Japanese people are incredibly depressed and have an alarmingly high suicide rate because their culture shames them if they don't work hard. And hard to them is impossible
Which rakuten office are you in? From what I read Rakuten is different and the it has good WLB. My team is 30% foreign nationals. Also is your opinion based off the internet or are you working in Japan right now
