Anyone who work at Visa have experience with I-1485 filing? This is after labor certification has been approved and you are trying to file adjustment of status. It is final step in the green card process.
I believe Visa wont pay for i-140 premium but if a candidates dates are current, will Visa allow filing I-1485 concurrently?

They did it for me.
NB: Non-concurrent filings may be faster in some cases, check this- https://www.rnlawgroup.com/should-the-i-140-petition-be-filed-concurrently-with-the-i-485-application-or-separately-pros-cons/
So, its better to work with the lawyers to know the best option for your situation/case.
@particles, H1B petition is important to maintain your work auth. I-140 approval depending on how much time left on H1B is not important.
