Following on the thread called “Looking for referral in Adobe,” it appears many people who have either been internally referred or applied for positions online rarely get contacted by a recruiter. Recruiters don’t reply to LinkedIn PMs. Even when employees follow up with recruiters on referrals they’ve made, there’s little follow-up.
If there are any Adobe recruiters here, can you please shed some light on how the recruiting process works there, how candidates are sourced, and the best approach for getting at least an interview?
