A few questions for Canada EE PR application, for the FSW category:
1. I’ve heard the 3 YOE cutoff point has to be exact 3 YOE, not even 1 day short, is that correct?
e.g. 2 years and 364 days would count as 2 YOE.
2. If above is true, does that mean anyone only with OPT won’t be eligble for 3 YOE points? Since literally you have to start working on OPT day 1 til last day without any gap to meet 3 YOE.
I’m in a similar situation and originally planned to apply for Canada EE, but someone just told me this, so I won’t get that 3 YOE points and won’t meet the cutoff CRS score under FSW.

You need to go to India, apply PR and come back again.
Your best bet would be Microsoft or Amazon or some other US company intra-company transfer to Canada. That way you get 50 points for job offer
But there’s no additional points added unless you have 1 year of Canadian work experience. An ICT offer alone won’t do much, you have to work for at least 1 year.
Btw, what’s “WP” here?
So doesn't help you much that way
