I have a friend who got his stocks increased to 120k but 4yoe.
And also if this is not possible ๐
I have heard joining bonus is something very easy for HR to give away
Note that joining bonus and stocks become almost invisible once u join. Very hard to renegotiate
But sometimes unavoidable.
Simply ask for more base which they will deny suggest them to atleast increase stocks or 10JB(with 2 yrs vesting)
I actually did this a while ago and HR took less than 2 seconds to agree JB rather than hike in base
