I’ve applied online to several Sr UX positions. Never hear back. Does Apple use some algorithm or tag scanning of resumes? Or do I need a referral to get in, or maybe they hate Amazon.

Also, how long ago did you apply? Apple is notorious for being super slow to respond.
I interviewed late last year without a referral, a couple months after I applied online. I ended up going a different direction after getting strong offers from 4 other companies
I have Google analytics on my website but it’s hard to tell if anyone from Apple has gone there since everyone is wfh. So I’m not sure if my resume is getting any traction. I’ll look at both.
