I have a Uber GPM tentative offer (TC 750, without any negotiations) and Meta L6 (TC 670 final offer). But work wise really like the team at Meta. So super confused.
Is the L6 offer for an IC or M1 role. There is a big difference. It can take a while to go from L6 IC to L7 Manager at Meta
Wlb is great at Uber. meta is extremely high pressure environment.
