What should IC4 product DS RSU be?

Got into my first FAANG role as a product DS at Meta, RSU is 160k/4yr. I thought it was pretty awesome coming from SAP…

But I see some of the posts and comments on here and either (A) I suck at negotiating and should’ve asked for more (B) There’s a huge jump at IC5 or (C) people talk out their ass on here about TC.

Probably an even mix 🤷‍♂️
