Any update on Abbvie return to office?

I know AbbVie was forcing office workers back to the office in September. Was it enforced? Are there any hints as to if or when this might happen again? I'm interviewing with them and need to work from home until my husband and I are vaccinated. #covid-19 #sip

    Not all are asked to be back in office. If you are going for lab / manufacturing roles and some other handful of roles you may be back March 29

      Thank you for the information. I am applying for a bioinformatics role. I will definitely discuss this with my manager if I get an offer. Hopefully if I emphasize that I prefer to be in the office and will happily do so every day post-vaccination, he will be flexible about the first few months.

    Hate the return to work policy. Why can’t they adapt the hybrid policy when the whole world is doing so. They talk a lot about culture, but no actions

    Return to work varies by department area. September 2021 is when some areas of supply chain will be returning to work on site on a hybrid rotation schedule every 4-5 weeks. Other areas within supply chain are in office on site 4 days of the week, with 1 day WFH. The return to work initiative is not consistent across the organization and is differs by area and role
