I am currently working in the US and planning to move back to India. I got a verbal offer from Microsoft Hyderabad for a L61 PM2 role. The HR is trying to really lowball me.
This is the TC I am offered: 25L base, total stock compensation of 25k USD(vested over 4 years), joining base TBD. I pushed back saying I am looking for 30L base, stock comp. of ~80k USD. What's the usual pay range for L61 PM2 role and how far I can negotiate?#pm #azure
