Roblox refreshers? / vs. Meta

How does roblox refreshers work for IC3? Recruiter quoted 20-25% per year, but I'm not sure if thats for high performers or if thats like regularly given out. Also unsure if it was like stacking refreshers or just you get them so your 4 year cliff doesn't suck.

Also anyone have opinions on meta e4 vs. roblox ic3 in terms of mapping. Have offers for both, TC is similar, roblox is hybrid (have to move) while meta is fully remote (which I value). Willing to grind a little bit for both, but not sure how much shitty meta culture is worth compared to remote work. Although I do plan on joining reality labs which I hear is a little bit better. I hear roblox has good work culture which makes me want to join (at the cost of wfh). The team doesn't sound too interesting though, just AWS within roblox.
