Hi all,
I’m getting an offer from Microsoft (details unknown yet)
But I’m trying to max out my after-tax portion of my 401k (previous employer didn’t allow this) for this year
What’s the limitation for this contribution per paycheck? Is it 65% max? I hear LinkedIn’s is 70% this year an I’m guessing both use the same plan
To clarify I’m ONLY talking about the voluntary after tax portion (I’m assuming that the pre-tax option is the same % limitation per paycheck)

When you say you “signed up”, do you mean they just gave you access to a fidelity account right away? And then did you have to call in to use it? I forget how this works
