What is the value of a Linux certification in the job market?

I'm mostly interested in hearing from folks in sysadmin or operations type roles.
I already have roughly 10 years of experience working with Linux.
I'm exploring the possibility of getting the Oracle Linux certification.
So I'm wondering if adding this certification to my resume would have much of an impact on my employability and/or earning potential.

Oracle Linux mostly is not.
Yes it's technically an Oracle product but the majority of knowledge required to pass the test also applies to Red Hat and other distros. So in that sense the skills gained are not for a proprietary product/technology.
Plus oracle's already got their own cloud certs, which I could get for 100% free.
-- Linux certification OR
-- High proficiency in Bash scripting
Of the two, which would be a better use of my time, in terms of RIO?
