Worried that our top performer is an attrition risk. How do managers handle this?
Am I being underpaid by Capgemini: 62k, undergrad campus hire for Dallas office
What is your major?
As an ex-consultant, I’ve seen higher at firms like Accenture and Deloitte for their consulting practices in their Dallas offices. But Cap always paid less than the two I mentioned.
Thats about right for Dallas: Pay ranges from 55K-90K
Very shitty pay .... OP you need to question some of your life decisions. How did you end up like this?
Yea seems super low. When I was a senior a couple of years ago I got an offer from Accenture at 77K in the Midwest. Lower cost of living than Dallas. But if you don't have an engineering or CS degree it might be a good offer.
The answer is no unless you can get better offer. When you get better offer take it.
