Hi Folks - How is Strategy and Ops at Doordash with respect to work, culture, and comp?

What are RSUs like and Base as compared to Eng?

Recruiter outright told me that they might not be able to match the base but will try to match total comp, not sure how much of a wiggle room I will have. Going through interviews currently

Current TC: Base 150k + 30k RSU/yr + 10% bonus
