Hi Folks,
I would like an opinion on the following FB E6 london offer
Base: 130K GBP
Bonus: 15%
Stocks: 400K USD (over 4 years)
How higher can I go? My recruiter said that the offer is based on market
value and not by my interview performance.
I don't have a counter offer. Any suggestion is highly appreciated.
edit: 10 YOE

I know the recruiters put the pressure on once you request actual, approved comp numbers. But I doubt that not accepting a low offer would invalidate the whole thing. If you are willing to risk it, hopefully just those numbers from the comp team would expire. You didn't want those numbers anyway. :)
