    I work in the industry. Personally, I'd go Compass. Redfin may be cheaper (if you buy using one of their agents) but Compass agents are almost always more qualified.

      They expand quickly because they are burning cash buying brokers, while at the same time being cheap copying and pasting our products and designs. I personally don't feel good when company running business in this way. You can burn all the cash but that doesn't mean you will be successful. Just look at We Co.

    It does count. Once an SF based company treated me like shit in the interviews. I voted with my wallet and took my personal business to the competitor.
