S386 was a horrible bill and not fair. If they really wanted to change something, they could have taken small steps like increase GC % for people born in India or have a different queue for folks with US degree.
But, they came up and lobbied for a very unfair bill which has lead to just one thing : Hatred against Indians. Twitter is full of folks from ROW spewing racist comments. IV’s recent post about Senator just took things to a new low. Day after say some news website keeps publishing negative articles about Indians.
So IV, all you did is fuel racism against Indians.

Why can't you say this to ROW candidates who are complaining about a temporary delay?
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is responsible for enforcing federal laws that make it illegal to discriminate against a job applicant or an employee because of the person's race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, age (40 or older), disability or genetic information. It is also illegal to discriminate against a person because the person complained about discrimination, filed a charge of discrimination, or participated in an employment discrimination investigation or lawsuit.
As LinkedIn said - no no no. Not because of anything but because of EEO laws. If you want to have intellectual orgasms, sure have one. Also talk about banning EVC model and everything else. Finish it and come back and figure out which of them will stand in court if they are made low.
Banning EVC will not (although I wish I could), so is h1 cap.
How many times should this be repeated in every thread?
Durbin won’t be able to stop it
But by all means, please keep your hopes up
