I’ve previously performed at 400% to quota for medical sales and performed 200%-300% to quota at Tesla.
260k in Medical sales. 150k at Tesla prior to the gutting of the comp plan.
I would like to get in a position where I can realistically earn 300k-500k+.
I am having a challenging time finding a decent job in medical sales and/or tech sales.
I have challenges during the interview process, but when I get an opportunity, my numbers are dominant.
Any ideas how I can land a Medical Sales / Account Executive job somewhere decent, all I am getting is 1099 offers with ramp up periods. I need benefits due to one of my children requiring weekly medical care for a minor condition over the next 1-2 years.

They are, but I keep getting bounced by recruiters even with direct referral links.
With interviews, I always make it 3-4 interviews deep then get rejected. Only to see the position reposted in 2-3 months
