SWE Interview process at Niantic?

Made it past the initial phone screen interview, what's the rest of the interview process like? Should I just grind Leetcode, or are there system design questions or behavioral questions as well? #niantic #interview

    It used to be simple and straightforward: 1 screen + 2 onsites. For L3/L4 no design. For L5+ design is likely. There is behavioral if you pass the tech. However i see some teams changed the format and added more tech rounds. There is no standard format here. Some people use LC, some use their own original question. Though there are only 2 onsites still the passing rate is pretty low.
