Coursera info

Wondering if anyone from coursera is willing to answer a couple questions for me.
I have my onsite coming up soon and they mentioned sys design is part of it, usually for my exp level (3.5y) other companies don't as k for that, so I'm wondering how in depth they expect me to go.

Other than that, how is wlb, is the work interesting (infra), what about management?
