SFT is a decent org from the perspective of WLB (it was under praful@, but I don't know who leads it now), but I would be skeptical about the quality of work there.
I am sure you would wanna try for L6 promo, and you would need work with good scope - if you join, I strongly suggest you to shop internally and look for orgs with some good work, would give you a very strong chance for L6.
But anyways, it's your choice. I have worked with salesforce before (albeit for a very brief time), benefits are amazing there - Amazon isn't even close, WLB was pretty much similar to my current time, but their tech is pure jack-shit
