Anyone in the hardware game doesn't have 10 or 15 years of runway. AWS is probably a great move, knowing it's a stepping stone, not the destination
Stay. WLB is the bomb, be lucky you work at a place that has it. Most dont. Stay.

How Much more is the pay? Ask yourself if it's really worth it. Also, not all roles/teams have the same work/life balance at Amazon, so it might be the same as what you currently have
The 6 months paid paternal leave is pretty sweet at Amazon. I only had 1 week paid leave with my current employer.
Are you sure you have 6 mo paid leave? I believe it's 6 mo, but not fully paid.....maybe it's changed?
