I just received confirmation email from Nvidia that I have cleared the interview stage and hiring manager wants to make an offer. This is for senior PM role and I have a call soon to discuss offer details with HR. I am excited about the role and think it would be a good next step in my career.
Not sure what to expect in terms of base $, RSU and TC with wildly varying ranges in blind and levels. Nothing compensation related was discussed in any of the interviews. One of my hardware engg friends at Nvidia told me to shoot for IC5 or IC6 levels. I am currently in a low to medium cost location in Midwest and the role 'could' be remote.
Currently a senior TPM, have masters in engineering and a top 10 MBA. Total yoe is 12, at least 9 years of relevant experience to the role. Appreciate any thoughts and feedback here.
Edit Accepted this IC5 offer:
TC 350k - Base 225k, RSU 500k/4yrs
Location Remote, Midwest city
Thank you and cheers!
