My wife is an L6 in Seattle at Google and I’m at a company where we are completely remote and they don’t seem to care where I work from as long as Seattle is my home location.
I want to work from Mexico City or Berlin (or both!) for a few weeks each (month?) but my wife keeps telling me Google won’t let her. We also are looking to do some remote work from Hawaii.
Any tips on how she can get around this? What should she do and/or look out for?

It is a new benefit in response to people wanting WFH and Google only allowing certain folks/orgs to do so.
But if she were an L3? Or in GBO? Or a TPM? Maybe not.
