Pay range if I switch to Google India from Google US

I need to move to India soon, planning on giving interviews with Google, Microsoft and LinkedIn in the US and do an internal switch to India. How are the pay ranges decided in those regions?
Is it in proportion to the amount being paid in the US? Ex- offering the same percentile as say 300k falls in the US? Or is it completely dependent on what the Indian hiring manager offers? If so, is there scope for negotiation?
Edit:
At Google - "At Google, you don't have any say in the base salary for new location, they'll peg it at the same percentile by location.
Assuming you're joining Google at L4 SWE: you'll be in range 35-42L in base." - @perennial thanks!
Amazon L5; 230k

450k + 100k sign is absolute max I’ve seen heard.
