Need help if there is still room for negotiation. #offer #sap #sapariba #vmware
Thats by far the best T3.2 offer I've heard in ages for SAP Labs India
Yes it was pretty evident from the HR communication as well. Btw is it possible for a 8 YOE to get T4 in sap ?
Nope
Best T3.2 comp for 7 yoe. You may get btr offers outside but wlb is gud in SAP. You can get RSU’s after an year anyway.
Could you please shed some more light on your comment regarding the RSU part, RSUs are given to employees after a year of employment?

Stay at Vmware and look for more opportunities. 39 to 44 is not much of a hike worth switching. Also at 7.5YOE, companies can offer you a lot more than that
Thanks for the inputs, I am inclining towards the same.
damm that’s pretty good. OP, do you mind sharing how much you end up saving per year?
