Contemplating a move to Microsoft but want to get a more accurate idea of level mapping than what levelsfyi can offer to see if worthwhile
Microsoft is the only other major asic player in my area other than a few lower tier options (Marvell, Cisco)
12 yoe, ASIC design. Had full design reasonability from scratch for mid sized blocks at previous employer, currently pigeonholed with support tasks on a giant very-legacy unit. Currently terminal level "IC4" (levelsfyi Nvidia levels don't match up right)
LCOL area, 200k TC.
What Microsoft level can I expect to aim for?

Everything is based on your interview performance
Obviously the interview matters, but really for someone with 10+ yoe, it's a either a no hire if you don't do well, perform fine and get level X, or perform great and get X+1
What is X?
