Why are men so obsessed with work and jobs yet do nothing to make it better?

Men who made it: Elon musk wants to go to space and create artificial wombs to escape both his masculinity and humanness. Bezos does his job right as a capital owner and everyone here hates him. Zuckerberg created a nonsense company that everyone reduces to ads and it still makes money. Blinders get paid in the 200-400k range and are still dumb about their personal quests. What's stopping you all from changing stuff? Tyranny of man against man exists too.

EDIT: I am not a troll. Perhaps my tone conveys that. I am genuinely asking those men who are miserable and have money: what is stopping you from achieving a good life? Do you have any restrictions?
