7 months to grow
The current role is 100% remote. I'm at a point that I'd like to start building myself for something outside my current skillset. I've been learning React, to then move focus to React Native. I'm a developer on a aPaaS (ServiceNow) and would like to break out. I'm too specialized right now, and the only possible positions are to do with SN. What do I need to include in a portfolio to make a move to more traditional SDE role? I have a 7 month timeline because that's when I get my yearly bonus and the golden handcuff date passes.

Do you like being 100% remote? It is harder to find another remote position. Are you ok with going back into office? React or Java is fine. Practice more leetcode is the common recommendation here at blind.
