Yo CTS - did you mention your current salary? Dude you know CTS, Infy pay very less than market man...You should never disclose these Indian based company salary which is terribly low.
It is Portland, current salary is less than 90k, I asked 30% raise without thinking, will they offer me 110k which was requested or as per Amazon's standard salary for that position? Please help me I might have to negotiate based on experts reply...
Edit your original post rather than replying same thing over and over
They will give you the low end of the band, and you will have no scope for negotiation since you already played your hand. The only thing you can do now is get another offer - prove the market can pay you more.
