You have Microsoft in Tier-1 but u mentioned good pay n wlb. MS is not even remotely good pay. Its a shit pay company.
Move AirBnB and Pinterest to tier 1 for god sake. Any sane person will choose them over Adobe Docusign Zillow n MS
Uber Lyft Snap might not be great at wlb but they are definitely better than Google pay wise.
Google is also actually close to $hit pay compared to other tier-1 companies pay wise. They give <$390k for senior roles where all other tier-1 easily crosses $400k
MS and FB gave 3 months Covid leave for parents ?? Whatttt???
None of my MS or FB friends ever mentioned this, are you sure ? This does not sound right unless you are talking about unpaid leave
