    Implicitly yes. A H1B will not risk changing jobs because offers can get pulled last minute, performance may be bad at new job, etc. while Citizen will be able to take more risk because they don't need to return to third world country if job is lost

      yes. switching jobs is risky. anything to lower risk, they will do. if youre already making decent money at a job and you are performing okay, why risk it all for a little more TC if you may get kicked out of country?

  • I think they pay the same. But companies prefer h1b since you can’t easily jump jobs.
